Using the Curve Editor (SWMM)

The Curve Editor is used to specify the values that define a functional relationship between two quantities, and displays these graphically as a curve.

To use the editor to create a curve:

1. Select the button located to the right of a control curve, pump curve, rating curve, tidal curve, underdrain curve or weir curve Array field.

   The Curve Editor is displayed.

2. In the first grid column, enter the appropriate 'X' values, with the corresponding 'Y' values in the second grid column. The specified values are automatically displayed on the adjacent graph.

   The type of values required are described in relevant Control Curves Data Fields, Pump Curves Data Fields, Rating Curves Data Fields, Tidal Curves Data Fields, Underdrain Data Fields or Weir Curves Data Fields topic.

   When all the required values have been specified:

3. Click OK to save the curve values and close the editor.
